What was the goal?

Austin Food Master needed a streamlined internal WMS (Warehouse Management System) to improve accuracy and efficiency in inventory management, packing, and shipping. Off-the-shelf solutions were too bulky or expensive for their needs, so they required a custom system that matched their specific warehouse flow and operations.

Solution:

1. Process Mapping & Goal Alignment:
   We worked closely with the Austin Food Master team to understand their warehouse flow, key bottlenecks, and operational pain points — from inventory intake to outbound shipping.
2. UX/UI Design for Speed & Clarity:
   We designed a lightweight, intuitive interface specifically for warehouse staff — optimized for speed, minimal clicks, and use on tablets or industrial monitors.
3. Custom WMS Development:
   We built the full system from scratch, including modules for inventory tracking, batch management, pick-pack-ship workflow, and real-time order status updates.
