This project involved the complete redesign of a legacy law case management platform — evolving it from a conventional digital system into an intelligent, AI-integrated product powered by multiple large language models (LLMs).
The goal was more than a UI/UX refresh. We worked closely with the client to define a new product direction, embedding LLMs at the core to enable:
• Context-aware legal workflows
• Intelligent document drafting and routing
• Adaptive case and knowledge management
By making this change, the law firm can now increase the number of clients it accepts by an estimated 60% — while reducing operational overhead and decision latency.
